Changing rejected timesheets

If your manager has rejected your timesheet it will be returned to you and displayed on the View Timesheets page. A note will be attached to the timesheet to explain what needs to be changed. You need to amend the timesheet and re-submit it for approval.

Note: Rejected timesheets have a status of 'Pending Worker Resubmit'.

Steps

  1. Sign in to Pegasus Web Xchange.

  2. On the Timesheets page, select the View timesheets button.

  3. On the View timesheets page, edit the timesheet with a status of 'Pending Worker Resubmit'.

  4. On the Timesheet details page, make the required changes. New lines can be added if required.

  5. Select Submit to save the timesheet and re-submit it to the Timesheets Manager for approval.

Tip: Select the button to delete a line.
